I dropped in to meet Olaf the last time I visited my parents in Florida. I 
was a brand new Alfisti and didn't know much about the car and part names. 
Olaf was welcoming, helpful and friendly, even though he was clearly busy 
with telephone orders.

I've ordered several times since, and the service is always good, even with 
the logistics of shipping to Canada.
