I suggest you leave the ECU alone for now. Save up for a REAL EFI
system that works with modification, not some Jetronic add on.

Try headers. Raising the rev is pointless I think. The stock engine
peaks at around 6300 rpm. Try boring a bigger hole in the lower AFM
box. TheVerde has a bigger orifice and you should try to make the 2.5
airbox orifice just as big. I'm talking about the orifice at the airbox
close to the headlight.

130wheel bhp is quite good for an old engine, you are about 5-10 bhp
short of the 2.0 TS 16V cars. I've seen a few and they put out anywhere
between 134 - 140 wheel bhp.
