GTV race car on e-bay

Not to say I'm interested, but does anyone know about the GTV race car that is listed on e-bay right now?  Its in New England...

If you go to their web page, they gave a GTV race car project that they are taking $9500 offers...  It doesn't seem like this would be the car.
