164 camber adjustment

Hi all,
I am experiencing really bad tire wear in part due to a bad alignment, and in
part due to significant negative camber.
I have a lowered suspension (164L) with eibach Springs, Koni struts and
17x7.5" wheels.
I talked to a few people and the consensus is to drill out the upper holes on
the strut to rotate the top of the wheel out to get rid of some negative
camber.
Does anyone have any idea what might be an ideal negative camber (i.e. how
many degrees)?
I am also considering modification of the rear suspension. Ken Stevenson
actually replaced the sold control arm with an adjustable one identical to the
adjustable one in place (so he has 4 adjustable control arms rather than 2
solid and 2 adjustable). This allowed him to pull the struts in to reduce
camber a little. Is this worth while, or should I drill out the rear upper
bolt as I plan on doing to the front?
What kind of camber should I have on the rear?
Also, I have heard all sorts of numbers on the toe alignment. I think Fred Di
Matteo's suggestion was 0 degrees all around.
I do drive rather aggressively, and the car handles very well (ricambi
swaybars also installed). I would like to find a good compromise betwwwen
handling and performance.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks,

Karl
