Windows has detected that you did not shutdown your car properly,
Windows will now run chkengine.exe to check for skipped timing belt.

Although it would be cool if you had Plug and Play:

Windows has detected S-cams in your engine. Please select proper
fuel/ignition map.

Or it would suck if after installing 15 new hardware:

Windows has detected a new camshaft, please restart your engine.
then
Windows has detected 6 new S-pistons, please restart your engine.
.
.
Windows has detected a new fuse, please restart your engine.
