Finally ready to tear into the 24v

Okay, winter's almost over here in CA and I think the time is ripe to 
begin a new spring project.  Here's a hint:

I'll try and document the steps as I go along.  I'll probably work with 
Joe at AlfaCentro to have it put together in a presentable, step-by-step 
"24-valve conversion for 75, for NON-dummies".
