       There are a few Alfa specifications on the Alfa Racing list at:

       Modifications to my 84 spider are posted there and copied below.  This 
would fit in your final category as it is an ITB or Improved Touring B race 
car.

Suspension Modifications:
Jack Beck springs, 1200# front, 300# rear
Adjustable front spring perches.
Carrera Shocks
   Front - Carrera 3166
   Rear  - Carrera 3384
Adjustable upper A Arms with lower A arm 
  inner bushing & bronze outer bushing
  (Came from Alfa dealer in an Alfa package)
Alfa Bill Poly urethane bushings:
  front and rear of rear trailing links
  trunnion bar bushing
Jack Beck tubular sway bar mounted under steering
Alignment:
  3 1/2 degrees castor
  2 degrees negative camber
  Zero toe

Planned Suspension Additions:
  Rear panhard rod.
  Dual heim jointed upper control arm links.
  Check front suspension for bump steer.
  Set corner weights.

Brakes:
New Master Cylinder
New stock brake lines
Brake Pads
  Front Porterfield Ap-11, R-4
  Rear  Porterfield Ap-3, R-4
Emergency brake removed

Tires and Wheels:
Kumho 205 55 14 R rated tires, shaved
Campagnolo Daytona 14 x 6 wheels
Longer and bigger lug bolts,
  (1/2 x 20 Allen bolts 3 inches long) Moroso #46200
Wheel spacers 3/4 on all four corners.
  Could use more offset, but Campy wheels are too thick.

Engine and drive train:
84 Spider 
0.040 inch or 1 mm oversize pistons
Head cut 0.025 inches
  3 angle valve grind with new Centerline valve guides
  and seals.
Stock cams aligned with stock timing marks
  Timing errors in the direction of additional overlap.
Block align honed,
  and drilled for oiling to all five mains
Crank ground 0.010 under, radiused, oil holes chamfered
  and crank renitrated,
Aluminum crank plugs drilled out and tapped for set screws
Rotating assembly balanced,
Total Seal Rings
Rods magnafluxed, shot peened, rebushed, resized, and polished
Jim Streck main cap web support.
Jack Beck windage tray.
Stock flywheel, clutch and pressure plate.
New stock motor & trans mounts
Redline 40 weight racing oil.
Headers - Shankle 1 5/8 primary, 2" secondary.
Exhaust 2 1/2 inch with Super Trapp (end cap removed)
Transmission is stock but rebuilt 
Rear end is 4.56:1 77 Spider with
  double clutches and limited slip shimmed

Stock gas tank boiled out & painted
New Bosch main fuel pump
Stock Bosch fuel injection computer
Spring in air flow meter relaxed five clicks
Stock Bosch crank fired ignition system
  Computer relocated due to roll cage
Stock coil

Stock radiator
Electric fan
  (stock 84 air conditioning fan in front of radiator)
Stock heater turned on to increase engine cooling.
Stock shrouding to radiator sealed where air conditioner
  condenser used to fit.

Interior:
Roll cage is 65 feet of 1.75 x 0.095 DOM 1020 steel tubing
  Eight mounting points.
  Cage is fully gusseted & partly padded
Kirkey Intermediate aluminum race seat
Partial gutting of the interior
Fuse Box relocated
All stock wiring in place, although disconnected in places.

Battery cutoff kills engine by cutting
  power to fuel pump.
Simpson Cam Lock Seat Belts
Removable steering wheel
Wink Mirror
Hand held fire extinguisher
Need to add Cup Holder

Body:
Stock hinges with hood and trunk pins
Wheel well lips rolled.
Driver's door gutted to clear Nascar style bars.
Splash shields in front and back of front wheels removed.
Weighs 2462 with 200 pound driver 
  62 pounds heavy with 3/4 tank of gas.

Bell M-2 SA-2000 Helmet,
Hans Device
Nomex SFI 3-2A/5 full coverall
Leather boots
Driving Gloves
Balaclava
Arm Restraints
