Question about mirrors

I'm going to replace the mirror on my 74 Spider with something a little
larger. I was wondering if there are mirrors from other cars or
manufacturers that just so happen to fit the mounting patterns from the 74
spider?

I seriously doubt it, but I thought I'd ask..
