Alfa club dues

It's interesting in a period of zero inflation that both AROC and ARA
choose to increase their dues by significant percentages. The combined
annual total for an Alfisti in the SF Bay Area is now $100, more than a
Ferrari club in most states. Anyone in these organizations ever heard of
the Laffer curve? And someone please explain why the alfa-digest is an
inappropriate forum for discussion of Alfa club dues. Are there secrets
here that are unfit for public consumption? Members on the list want/need
to know and prospective members on the list are entitled to full
