Milano Verde vs. '91 164S who's better???

First I want to thank everyone for their help on my ABS problem.

Now, I'm thinking about selling my '88 Verde for a '91 164S on ebay (anyone knows who owns it or about it?).  I don't know too much about 164's and don't know if I would like owning one.  I've had 2 Verdes and loved them.  Loved that they are RWD and the power and sound of the car.  I can out run just about anyone on the road and it's stable at any speed.  My driving isn't always aggresive, but I love the high speed once in awhile and whenever someone want to go at it, I love blowing them away with a "4 door sedan".  Now I know the 164's are put together better and its a better quality car than the Verde, but is it still sporty enough or is it just like another luxuary sedan?

My question is has anyone gone from a Verde to 164S??  Are you happy with the switch?  and is there anything I should look for in the 164S to go bad?  Is it more maintance in the 164?
