Re: alfa-digest V8 #366 - 2 liter head bolts



       I have never replaced the head bolts in any of the Alfa engines I have 
built.  In fact, the head bolts (acutally long studs, not bolts) are rather 
firmly attached to the engine block and I have never had any come loose.  I 
guess if they are found to be badly corroded by the water jacket, I might 
consider replacing them.
      You are not finding them listed for sale by the usual sources as they 
are not commonly replaced.
