Re: GM and Alfa

Get the book  ALL CORVETTES ARE RED  if you want to know how GM top
management thinks.  This book, written by a Corvette enthusiast with good
contacts at GM, is supposed to enthrall you with the greatness of the
current model big-butt Corvette, and impress you with GM's management style.

What it will do instead is shock your pants off with the continuous bumbling
that took place during the looong development of this car.  It's a real
eye-opener.

I bought the book at a remainder sale for $1.   And it's certainly worth
what I paid for it.

Hopefully GM's management style has changed since this book was written, but
I have seen no evidence of that.
