RE: 73 & 74 spider differences
Now I have no way of knowing how my '73 spider looked nearly 30 years ago,
but my impression is that the PO's left well enough alone. (Although the
rear bumper is a '72 with holes for license plate lights and the color was
changed from Ivory to China White).
Shift knob: engraved shift pattern on a plastic knob with most of the brown
fake wood grain worn off to reveal a white-ish plastic core.
Back emblems: "Iniezione" is on left, "Alfa Romeo" script on the right.
The "exhaust temp" lamp sounds like something you'd see on a
catalytic-converter car, no?
Steering wheel: gorgeous wood "Personal" wheel.
As the saying goes, "YMMV."
How can I tell if I have the side impact bracing in the doors? If I take
off the trim, where should I look?
