I, too, have witnessed Stebro in action.  Here's my
experience:
I was helping restore my friends '59 Sprint and they
ordered a Stebro exhaust system. Four or five
deadlines were set and missed over a period of several
months.  We also got the "you'll have it right away"
speech and finally recieved a nicely wrapped exhaust
piece.  We met at the shop to  install our shiny new
exhaust system.  To our amazment, when we unwrapped
our shipment it contained the rusty, full of holes
exhaust piece we had sent as a pattern!  
I may not have all the numbers right as this was some
time ago, but what I know for certain is that there
was no misunderstanding; the guy just lied.
It's a shame, too, because the stuff I've seen that
actually got sent to people was very nice.  Doing
business this way will only end in doing no business
at all.  I would recommend that people use other
sources.
