164 wiper arm

We had the same problem on our 1995 164Q..  We loosened the nut and moved
the wiper arm ahead by about an inch. Solved the problem just like that.

We took the cap off the nut, loosened the nut and moved the entire arm ahead
and then tightened it all back up and re-affixed the cap.
