milano towing (yet again)
alfisti,
i'm thinking of indulging my sickness and buying
another milano. the car in question is non-drivable.
so i'd have to tow it about 200 miles (flat roads,
except for the delaware memorial bridge). before i say
yes, i'd like to know if i'm going to be doubling the
cost of the car through towing.
i reckon these are my options:
1) rent suitable tow vehicle and trailer/dolly (most
expensive)
2) bum tow vehicle from friend, and rent towing
apparatus. (have to find willing accomplice)
3) my current milano has a reciever hitch - so
concievably, i could just rent the towing apparatus.
but then i wonder about the wisdom of towing a milano
with a milano (tow vehicle and load are same weight)
advice on this would be most appreciated!
also, what type of towing apparatus should i rent
(trailer, dolly, etc)?
thanks,
