If the cost of the belt exceeds 1/3 of the cost to replace it, then it's
(financially) feasible to reuse the belt (assuming 30k change interval).

I haven't priced a belt lately, but quite frankly, inless it's *real*
expensive, I can't imagine it would be worth it to reuse.
