I've always wondered why they can't be had from our usual suspects here in 
the US -- litigation fears?  I'll betcha.  Anyway, they can be had from 
Highwood Motors in the UK -- http://www.highwoodalfa.com/.  Good quality 
and excellent prices, even taking into account shipping, which takes about 
a week.
