front bushing replacement on Milano

Hi Folks-

Can one of your experienced folks direct me to any detailed info I need to 
replace the front suspension bushings on my Milano? I think I need to 
replace the lower A-arm bushings as well as the upper arm and castor link 
bushings. Pulling the torsion bar (without the special tool, of course) is 
difficult? Easy? Hints?
