Joe, bite the bullet, get your butt to the yard that has the
car, pay the fines and fees and get your car back. NOW

My stepson lost a nice older Mits Montero to a yard for
waiting too long. A good friend lost his '64 Guilia Sprint.
He offered it to me for the costs of redeeming it so I did.
I know of more horror stories.

Get your car back and then proceed with any legal remedy you
may be considering.

Car towing REALLY sucks and has been quite an area of abuse
here in Miami.
