Wow, I never knew that the VW VR6 was so weird.  Really more of an 
inline 6 for my money.  Kinda like the old Lancia V4.  Which begs the 
question: What was the head/valvetrain design on the old Lancia V4?

BTW, I really want to meet Tess one of these days to see if her 
hairdo really looks like an ampersand ;)
