Re: convertible top

My wait for the top was about 5 months, never got the seat covers,
bought some lycra hawaiin(?) covers from Costco and changed the order to
carpets which I got relatively quickly after much emailing and faxing
with threats concerning the charging of my cc way back before product
was shipped.  But I liked the man on the phone, the product looks good,
was way cheaper than anyone else, and is it right to b*tch when I
haven't even put them on after several months?  I think he should raise
his prices and his level of service.
