(re)torquing heads on a GTV-6

when i sold my Milano, the shop manual went with it; we used to have a
shop manual for my wife's 1982 GTV-6 somewhere, but i've not seen it
since we moved 2 years ago. it's probably boxed in the basement, and
it may be 2 more years before i see it again.

it's been so long since i've retorqued the heads on a V-6, i don't
remember the procedure at all. does someone have it online somewhere,
or can they provide a brief summary?
