164L 3.0 Stumbled again/Check Engine code

Thanks to all who have replied so far.  The check engine code came up '1223' after pulling into the parking lot from a 30 mile drive (most freeway, some stop/start).  Just before parking, I noticed some stumbling on acceleration in 2nd.  I have replaced the O2 sensor, plugs, rotor and distributer cap.  Next will be fuel related.

Any other thoughts on the '1223' code ?
