164S parts/restoration (?) car on e-bay

There is a 1991 164S on e-bay - some body damage - I have no connection.
Right now it is at $2000 w/reserve met.  It is located in Madison,Wisconsin.
A good chance to get a 164S engine, or maybe a restorable car cheap.
Someone did report on the 164 site that they did inspect the car and it
runs.
