I'd be interested in knowing more details:

What is done in the service. 
What is the cost. 
Is the cost different if more is done or if less is done.
And what does the owner have to do - remove it and send it in? 
If so, what does the owner have to do when putting it back? Readjust
all the external physical connections? Rods, etc..
