Spider bouncing

What come to mind first is the center trunion arm bushing. I have not
been under a newish spider recently but I will assume the suspension is
essentially the same as the vintage mid '60s (Duetto). Mine was
bouncing badly in corners and I replaced all three trunion bushings and
it did the trick. You also may want to consider new springs. If it is
really easy to push the rear down that may be indicative of badly worn
springs. I just replaced all four of mine with shorter stiffer ones and
it made a major difference in the flatness of the car in corners and the
recovery on bumps.

Good luck,
