lug nuts will never die

One place the LH/RH difference on lug nuts seems to make sense to me is on
giant single central knock-off hub nuts as used on MGs, Jags, etc.  My MGA
has RH knockoffs on the right and LH on the left.  Calling these
well-machined bronze beauties "nuts" seems to kind of trivialize them
though.
