I have two no-headrest seats (66-71?) with marginal upholstery and 
solid everything else.  Free to a good home.  They were fitted in my 
64 spider when I bought it.  I am in the north SF Bay Area if someone 
wants to get them, or someone could persuade me to ship them I 
suppose.
