spider speedo and tach

hi all,

On my 89 spider the speedo doesn't zero out neither does the tach, there is 
a very small black pin that the needle rests on that keeps it elevated.  
Never bothered me but then again I rarily drive at less than 20 (only on my 
way past 20).  Take a look it will be there on yours.
