2. Almost certainly the kickdown cable does not have any pre-load. There
should be 1-2mm gap between the ferule on the inner cable and the spigot of
the outer cable. This will cause a very sloppy change from 3rd to 4th. While
your'e considering the transmission, an extra fluid change & filter screen
clean never hurt anyone.
