price of gas, hey...

Wait a minute...

Why are all of the gas price complaints coming from Americans? I mean, if
it's really because of an OPEC production cut then shouldn't prices be
soaring world-wide? What's happening in Europe, Australia and Asia? My
brother in Saudi says the price is still 19 cents/gal.
