another alfa in USA bit

Hello all,
after hearing all this stuff about old farts liking alfas from way back when,
but what about the next generation of alfa buyers?. . . I thought I might
have some thing to add, as I am probably one of that next generation. I
never knew anything about Alfas when I bought my 87 spider, all I was looking
for was cheap sex appeal. So I saved up my yen while stationed in Japan
(USMC) and smacked down cash for a bright, shiny, dripping with sex appeal
(yes, that's what's all over the floor of your garage), never had so much fun
with my clothes on, roadster, which has served it's purpose better than I can
politely describe, (and yes, you can have sex in a spider with the top up).
If alfa comes back to the states, I may be tempted. I should just about be
finished with college by that point, and I suppose I would prefer something
italian to that M3 I've been planning on as a reward for all the hard work.
The only problem is, the thing that is the sexiest about Alfa Romeo, is that
it looks nothing like anything else on the road. If an alfa is as common as
a Saab or an Audi, it kind of ruins the thing I love most about the car. I
would have to wait and see what kind of quality they come out with before I
smack down $ for a daily driver. Forgive me to folks overseas who already
know what they are like now, I can only speculate. To restate the obvious,
Fiat is going to have to really come out with something special in this '03
spider we've heard rumors of.
