parking ticket update

Some months ago I queried the digest as to the likelihood of getting a 
parking ticket for my Milano dismissed on a technicality. The parking
control officer had written "BMW" instead of Alfa in identifying my car.

Well, it took a while but I'm pleased to report that the ticket was
dismissed!
