164S alignment specs

tomorrow my S goes for a new alignment.  i've been trying to find out
optimal toe adjustments (the only variable in a 164 alignment, am i
right?) for the car.  on colin's page fred dimatteo recommended 0 toe
front and rear.  someone else then listed the tolerable specs as FRONT:
0mm to -2mm REAR: +4mm to +6mm.  i'm not looking for a track setup, but i
do drive aggressively.  i'm hoping to hear back before i have to rely on
the shop's machine.
