GM bashers

I guess no one bothered to actually read that it was an equity swap and GM 
will control only 20% of FIAT Auto. That no member of GM will be assigned to 
board of directors of Fiat Auto. Italians will remain in full control of 
anything produced buy FIAT Auto. They will have access to GM components i.e. 
switches, climate control etc. considered the best in the world, their parts 
distribution network. In addition to the complete financial resources of GMAC 
with real leasing programs & warranty services. 

But when you're looking for excuses, all you have to do is declare it's not a 
REAL Alfa Romeo. Whether it's GM Alfa, FIAT Alfa or before, it's is all the 
same. They haven't made REAL Alfas since WWll.
