Re: gearbox mount

I am getting ready to reinstall my newly rebuilt 2L, and thought that the 
trans mount should be replaced also.  I was right. The rubber is totally 
disintegrated and the muffler mounts are gone also.  Replaced the muffler 
mounts no prblem. Removed the trans mount no problem (thanks to Brian 
Shorey).  By the way made my own puller out of various sizes of pipe and 
threaded rod. Now on replaceing this mount.......which way does the new unit 
face?  That is with the hole up or down, since it is off center and the old 
one was centered.  The cardisc shows it at the six o'clock position and that 
seems right, but I thought I'd throw this one out to the digest. Brian said 
watch how the old one was oriented but it was square in the middle.  Thanks
