67 gtv questions

A friend without access to the net is in the process of building his 67
gtv for street/mild time trialing and he has a couple of questions that
he's trying to find answers for:
1. He has updated the front discs, calipers and spindle with parts from
the 2lt gtv.  Does he need a bigger or modified brake master and/or
booster ? He still has the floor mounted pedals and a 3/4" master.
2. What is a good starting point for alignment specs for the car? Again,
this car is going to serve a dual purpose, street and time trials.  Are
adjustable control arms a must at this stage?

Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
