digest acronyms

might someone more savvy than myself post some of the translations for
the frequently-unhip acronyms.  until the digest all i knew was AKA and
FYI.  it took me six months to figure out "BTW" ("by the way") and i
still have no idea of what the others mean.  today i just saw a new one
"FWIW".
