1976 Alfetta GT project - keep or sell?

Calling all digesters, I'm in need of a kick in the pants, one way or =
the other. I have this small problem sitting on the side of the =
driveway:
The Alfetta is in project mode and I've nearly run out of steam to =
finish it. The body is sanded and stripped of all the bumpers, trim & =
lights and the interior is stripped completely except the dash. I need =
to get it painted (nothing fancy), sort out the brakes & exhaust, pick =
up some new tires, and throw in some good race buckets. The motor runs =
fine and the suspension just needs to be lowered for now, it has =
aftermarket sway bars.
So here is where you all come in, send me your thoughts, opinions, =
suggestions, laughter, whatever. I'm not looking to do a full resto, =
especially on an Alfetta. Although if I had wads of cash it would be =
nice to see her all sparkly new. If it stays it's sole purpose in life =
will be track days. It has to drive one hour to the track and back, =
that's it. No commuting or road trips.
Open the flood gates!!
Thanks,
Zach
