seat belt rewebbing?

Recently someone asked if there is a place that can put new material on
seatbelts (that is, basically throwing your old belts away, saving the
hardware, and cutting and stitching the new webbing onto the old hardware).
I never saw a reply, but I'd really like to do that for my Giulia Super's
33-year-old belts.  Was there a reply, or is there now?  Maybe one of the
race places, like Pegasus or Summit, offers such a service?
