Zendar Screentronic

I've a Zendar Screentronic installed in my car, but I don't know what it is.
It looks like a small small box attached on the front glass, just behind the
mirror, and has two "arms" one per side attached at the glass too.
It has two wires going somewhere.....
Any idea??
