Brake hose on Clutch M/C

The I replaced my clutch M/C with one that used the
hose from the brake and used clear fuel line.  I
figured if it was going to melt or something, at least
I could see it happening.  Been on there for two
years, and hasn't melted yet.  FWIW

Petrol is nearly $1.80/USG here.  Glad I didn't buy
that big block Camaro!!!!
