Head removal advice needed .

Hi all , 

It seems that # 4 has a burnt valve as verified by about 55lbs of
compression .

Where can I find detailed instruction on removing the Bosch L jet  intake
assembly . Does it come off in a group , or do i need to remove all the
injectors to get the Intake manifold off?
