Luca, you bring a tear to my eyes.  That an italian prefers Buenos Aires for
cooking is something I never heard before.  But I could see why.
About all the rest of your bla, bla, bla, I couldn't agree more.  And
Americans do change their views *after* they visit (really visit) Europe.
