You will need to stick to wheels off the 105 series, or Spider series for
the same fitment.
I believe the Milano and 164s have a 5 stud fitment, unlike the Spider.

I believe the equivalent tyre size is actually 195/60 15. Then you will keep
the same gearing, and your speedo will read the same. This is what I run on
my Alfetta sedan (185/70 14 standard tyres, now on 195/60 15 tyres)

Ummm, how do you plan to fit 15" tyres onto 14" wheels? :)
You could go to 195/65 14 tyres, which will be slightly smaller than the
existing tyres, and hence, make your speedo a little bit fast. But at least
you get a better tyre selection without changing wheels.
