Bumper spacers for anachronistic bumpers on GT Veloce

Bob Brady, mounting vintage '69 bumpers on his '74 GT Veloce, asks "what, if
anything, belongs between bracket and the car mounting point on the rear?
I'd suspect there should be a rubber pad, at least."

There are indeed rubber washers, #105.02.59.250.00 for the main mounting
points and 105.02.59.139.00 for the wraparounds; same for the wraparounds at
the front, but 105.44.59.250.00 for the main ones. The wraparounds have a 6.4
mm hole, the main ones front and rear have 13mm holes to slop around 12 mm
bolts. In each case they go under a flat washer under a split lockwasher. But
there is nothing like the elaborate molded spacers that are used with the
later bumpers.

Sorry, there is no indication of how thick they are, or how hard.
