USA sources for GTV clutch slave?

Graham needs a clutch slave cylinder for his US-model '71 1750 GTV. This
car should have hanging pedals with the clutch slave mounted in the bell
housing. This makes it easy: the clutch slave cylinder is the same as all
the LHD 2000 series cars as well as the LHD 1750s with hanging pedals (1970
onward).

If I were in NZ, I'd try Centerline (www.centerlinealfa.com) first because
their entire catalog is on the web and they seem to keep most things in
stock. Another US source worth checking is Bruce's Fiat Parts
(www.fiatparts.com). As you'd guess, he specializes in Fiat but also has
some parts for Alfas, and his prices are a bit lower than the big vendors.
