GTA flywheel

Does a GTA steel flywheel and clutch bolt on to a 105 2000GTV without any 
modifications? If they do, are there any gains, or is it better to just 
leave the stock unit in place, since it is working properly?  Also, is the 
ring gear for the GTA flywheel a special item, and is it still available 
from sources in the USA?  Thanks.
