That story reminded me of a story Drew Carry told about getting even with
cops that hide out at "a duck pond",  then pull you over.

Drew said, he'd go out drivng in a heavy rain, make sure the cop was at his
"duck pond" location, and then intentionally run the stop sign there.

When the cop pulled him over, got out in the rain, came alongside and
knocked on the window, bent over and asked, " Do you know why I pulled you
over ?"

Drew said, "Yeah, do you know why I ran that stop sign?"
